True happiness comes from hard work, honesty, and kindness, not material
possessions
Once upon a time,
there was a boy Jack, lived in a small village. Jack was known for his
mischievous behavior and often got into trouble. One day, he stole a basket of
apples from a nearby orchard.
As he was walking home, he saw an old man walking
towards him. The old man looked tired and hungry. Jack felt guilty for stealing
the apples and thought of a way to make up for his wrongdoing. He offered the
old man an apple and asked if he could help him in any way.
The old man replied, "dear boy, you have a kind
heart. I don't need anything, but I can offer you a gift that will help you in
the future. Follow me."
The old man led Jack to a nearby cave and showed
him a lamp. "This lamp has magical powers. It can grant you any wish you
desire, but you must use it wisely," the old man said.
Jack was thrilled and took the lamp home. He
wished for food, clothes, and toys, and the lamp granted his wishes. However,
he became greedy and started wishing for more and more. He stopped going to
school and stopped helping his parents with household chores. He thought he
didn't need to work hard anymore since the lamp could provide everything he
wanted.
One day, the lamp stopped working, and Jack was
left with nothing. He realized that he had wasted his time and lost the important
things in life like education, hard work, and family.
From that day on, Jack started working hard and
helping his parents. He realized that the true gift the old man had given him
was the lesson that hard work and kindness are more valuable than any material
possessions.
The moral of the story is that true happiness
comes from hard work, honesty, and kindness, not material possessions.

مہربانی سے حاصل ہوتی ہے، مال سے نہیں
ایک دفعہ کا ذکر ہے، ایک لڑکا جیک تھا، ایک
چھوٹے سے گاؤں میں رہتا تھا۔ جیک اپنے شرارتی رویے کے لیے جانا جاتا تھا اور اکثر
مشکلات میں پڑ جاتا تھا۔ ایک دن، اس نے قریبی باغ سے سیب کی ایک ٹوکری چرائی۔
گھر کی طرف چلتے ہوئے اس نے دیکھا کہ ایک بوڑھا آدمی اس

بوڑھے کو ایک سیب پیش کیا اور پوچھا کہ کیا وہ اس کی کسی طرح مدد کر سکتا ہے۔
بوڑھے آدمی نے جواب دیا، "پیارے لڑکے، تم ایک نرم
دل ہو، مجھے کسی چیز کی ضرورت نہیں ہے، لیکن میں تمہیں ایک تحفہ پیش کر سکتا ہوں
جو مستقبل میں تمہاری مدد کرے گا۔ میرے پیچھے چلو۔"
بوڑھا آدمی جیک کو قریبی غار میں لے گیا اور اسے ایک
چراغ دکھایا۔ "اس چراغ میں جادوئی طاقتیں ہیں۔ یہ آپ کی ہر خواہش کو پورا کر
سکتا ہے، لیکن آپ کو اسے سمجھداری سے استعمال کرنا چاہیے،" بوڑھے نے کہا۔
جیک بہت خوش ہوا اور لیمپ کو گھر لے گیا۔ اس نے کھانے،
کپڑے اور کھلونوں کی خواہش کی، اور چراغ نے اس کی خواہش پوری کی۔ تاہم، وہ لالچی
ہو گیا اور زیادہ سے زیادہ کی خواہش کرنے لگا۔ اس نے اسکول جانا چھوڑ دیا اور گھر
کے کاموں میں اپنے والدین کی مدد کرنا چھوڑ دی۔ اس نے سوچا کہ اسے مزید محنت کرنے
کی ضرورت نہیں ہے کیونکہ چراغ وہ سب کچھ فراہم کرسکتا ہے جو وہ چاہتا ہے۔
ایک دن، چراغ نے کام کرنا چھوڑ دیا، اور جیک کے ساتھ کچھ
بھی نہیں بچا تھا۔ اسے احساس ہوا کہ اس نے اپنا وقت ضائع کیا اور زندگی کی اہم
چیزیں جیسے کہ تعلیم، محنت اور خاندان کو کھو دیا۔
اس دن سے جیک نے سخت محنت اور اپنے والدین کی مدد کرنا
شروع کر دی۔ اس نے محسوس کیا کہ بوڑھے آدمی نے اسے جو حقیقی تحفہ دیا تھا وہ یہ
سبق تھا کہ محنت اور مہربانی کسی بھی مادی مال سے زیادہ قیمتی ہے۔
کہانی کا اخلاق یہ ہے کہ حقیقی خوشی محنت، دیانت اور
مہربانی سے حاصل ہوتی ہے، مال سے نہیں۔
